The contractor shall provide professional Painting Services for the U.S. Consulate General Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The contractor shall complete all work, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services, unless otherwise specified herein, required under this contract for stated services within the time specified herein. In consideration of satisfactory performance of all scheduled services required under this agreement, the contractor shall be paid a firm fixedprice for all services. This is a Blanket Purchase Agreement with fixed service charges. The fixed price listed below shall include all labor, materials, overhead, and profit. This agreement shall not obligate any funds. Hence the US Consulate Jeddah is not obligated to purchase any definite amount under this agreement. The funds obligation shall occur at the time BPA Calls are placed. The BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement) will be for three years. Services shall be ordered and billed through BPA Calls that shall specify the descriptions, quantities and prices. The funds obligation shall occur at the time BPA Calls are placed.
