The US Consulate General Jeddah has a requirement for a solvent-based elastomeric roof coating and roof related repairs on the existing 6,500 square foot (600 square meters) Warehouse. The services to be performed are prescribed in this scope of work (SOW). This is a firm fixed-priced contract which include all labor, materials, overhead, and profit.In consideration of satisfactory performance of the services required under this contract, the contractor shall be paid a firm fixed-price (FFP) upon job completion and acceptance.
