The American Consulate General Jeddah, has a requirement for a contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance services for diesel powered generators located at US Consulate General compound in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia . You are invited to submit a proposal. The Consulate plans to award a contract to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive and as technically detailed as possible. The RFP does not commit the American Consulate to make any award. The Consulate may cancel this RFP or any part of it. The Consulate intends to conduct a site survey for the requested services. The pre-proposal site survey will be held on August 17&18, 2020 at 10 AM (Depending on number of participants due to Covid 19 norms). Offerors intending to participate in the pre-proposal conference shall be required to submit the names of those company representatives attending, to the Contracting Office, U.S. Consulate General, Jeddah, by email no later than COB 1700 Hrs. August 12, 2020. Please read the RFP carefully, and if you are interested, submit your quotation. Return the following documents (separated technical & commercial) in a sealed envelope attention to the Contracting Officer with reference to the Solicitation number to the address shown in Block 9 of the SF-1449 by 5Pm on September 10, 2020. No proposals shall be accepted after this time and date.

The US Consulate General Jeddah, Saudi Arabia has a requirement for the acquisition of Preventive Maintenance Services for the Generators at its Compound in Mohammadia District in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. The Contractor shall provide Preventive Maintenance Services to the Generators located in Consulate General of the United States of America in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation is not ready yet and will be issued via FedBizOpps. Please see the RFP for the actual date. The Government is planning a site visit and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
