PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Consulate General Dhahran of the United States of America, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia DESCRIPTION: Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Consulate General Dhahran of the United States in Saudi Arabia will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror who is responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-price type contract. The Governmnet is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102(a). "Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered nonresponsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given".
