This is a pre-solicitation notice for procurement in accordance with FAR 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. All prospective offerors shall register in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register in SAM prior to submitting the proposals. It might take around a month to be registered in SAM once all the documents are uploaded online.
