The project includes all associated civil, structural, and mechanical works necessary for a complete and functional installation, in accordance with provided specifications and drawings. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services required to complete the work. The period of performance is 45 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Interested firms must demonstrate relevant experience, technical capability, and resources to perform secure construction projects in Kigali, Rwanda.
