The U.S. Embassy Kigali hereby issues a re-solicitation for qualified contractors to supply and install commercial-grade LED lighting fixtures under Phase 2 of its energy efficiency upgrade initiative. The scope of work can be found in the attachment. The period of performance is 30 working days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. This is a re-solicitation; therefore, any proposals previously submitted under the earlier notice will not be considered. Interested offerors must submit new proposals in accordance with the instructions provided in this solicitation.
