The Contractor shall perform BAS PM Services as outlined in the revised SOW, ensuring compliance with the updated requirements. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide further evaluation of the overall functionality of the BAS, incorporating concerns and input provided by the Facility Manager (FM) and Facility Management Staff (FAC).
