The U.S. Embassy in Manila will issue a solicitation on SAM.gov for a Blanket Purchase Agreement once it becomes available. The anticipated performance period for the BPA is two years. All responsible sources may express intent to be considered as one of the contractors. Contractors are encouraged to register in SAM.gov before submitting an offer. Electronic responses are permitted, and offer emails must not exceed 10 MB, with multiple emails allowed if needed.
