The U.S. Embassy in Manila anticipates issuing a solicitation for a Blanket Purchase Agreement with a two-year performance period. The opportunity will be posted on SAM.gov when available, and electronic offers are permitted. Contractors are encouraged to be registered in SAM prior to submitting an offer, with email submissions advised not to exceed 10 MB.
