The Embassy of the United States in the Philippines will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. This solicitation is to provide a Venue for the STMA Anniversary Week. This is a firm-fixed priced contract/purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract/purchase order. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about the 3rd week of June 2025. The proposal due date will be set forth in the solicitation. All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://sam.gov/content/home prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are required to register prior to the submittal of proposals. Please submit your offer via email to ManilaContracting@state.gov prior to the response date and time. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 10MB. If the file size should exceed the 10MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each.
