We intend to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the future purchase of Domestic Courier Services of the U.S. Embassy Manila. The U.S. Government intends to award BPAs to those firms that are technically acceptable, responsible, and clearly intend to sell products or services to the U.S. Government at market prices or below. The Contracting Officer will determine technical acceptability by ensuring that the firm is able to comply with the terms of this BPA. Responsibility will be based on requirements of FAR 9.1. Submit any questions you may have concerning the BPA notice in writing to the Contracting Officer at ManilaPurchasing@state.gov on or before 23 December 2024, no later than 2:00 p.m. Manila. The BPA posting is valid until December 26, 2024, at noon (Manila time). Until then, only those who express interest in establishing a BPA will be considered.
