Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Repair Works at Ground Floor B Lawton Essensa Towers, BGC, Taguig City. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site to include a mandatory site visit. All prospective offerors who have received a solicitation package will be invited to attend. The pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held on 03 July 2024 at 8:00 A.M. (pre-proposal conference) and 10:00 A.M. (site visit) (Philippine local time). Prospective offerors/quoters are requested to assemble at 7:45 A.M. (Philippine local time) at the Roxas Boulevard Gate, Seafront Compound, Pasay City. To facilitate preparation of access clearance, submit name/s of representatives (limit to two) no later than 28 June 2024, 12:00 noon (Philippine local time). See Section 2, FAR 52.237-1 of the attached Request for Quotation. Quotations are due by 25 July 2024, 4:00 P.M. (Philippine local time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted. Also, acceptance of any offer is contingent upon compulsory attendance of the site visit. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to ManilaContracting@state.gov. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 10MB. If the file size should exceed the 10MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each. Proof of SAM Registration Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102.
