The Embassy of the United States in the Philippines will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov website when it is available. This Solicitation is to provide Painting Services for U. S. Embassy Philippines. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with three one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about mid-March 2023. The proposal due date will be set forth in the solicitation. The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://sam.gov/content/home prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are required to register prior to the submittal of proposals. Please submit your offer via email to ManilaContracting@state.gov prior to the response date and time. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 10MB. If the file size should exceed the 10MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each.
