The Embassy of the United States in the Philippines will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov website when it is available. This Solicitation is to provide Painting Services for U. S. Embassy Manila, Philippines. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with three one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about February 2022. The proposal due date will be set forth in the solicitation. The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are required to register prior to the submittal of proposals.
