The U.S. Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference on 28 January 2021 10:00am at the GSO Conference Room, US Embassy Seafront Compound, Roxas Blvd., Pasay City. This Solicitation is to Local Property Move of the Government of the United States of America in Manila, Philippines. This is a fixed price type contract. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract under which will be issued is firm fixed price task orders, for one year with two one-year options. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about December 2020. The proposal due date will be set forth in the solicitation. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
