The Embassy of the United States in the Philippines will launch the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website when it is available. This solicitation is for the Supply and Delivery of Airconditioning Units to include Start Up, Testing and Commissioning for U.S. Embassy Manila. The quotation due date will be set forth in the solicitation. The Government intends to award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the purchase order based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant purchase order will be firm fixed price. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
