The Embassy of the United States in the Republic of the Philippines will launch the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website when it is available. This solicitation is for the Supply and Delivery of Drug Analysis Equipment for US Embassy Manila. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about the second week of May 2020. The quotation due date will be set forth in the solicitation. The Government intends to award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the purchase order based on the inital offer without disucssion. The resultant purchase order will be firm fixed price. All contractors have to be registered in SAM(System for Award Management) Database http://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
