The U.S. Embassy located in Belgrade, Serbia, intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Catering Services for the Independence Day Reception. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is not a small business set-aside. Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) no. 19RB1025Q0362. All the terms and conditions, provisions and clauses in RFQ 19RB1025Q0362 apply to this solicitation. Offerors without an active registration status in www.SAM.gov shall submit a completed Section 5 in the 19RB1025Q0362 RFQ document. The Government intends to evaluate all timely quotes received from eligible vendors on a best value evaluation criterion. The Government intends to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
