The Embassy of the United States in Serbia will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The U.S. Embassy in Belgrade requires services of painting a pickleball court deck and surrounding fencing at one of its residences in Belgrade. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a site visit and the date and time will be stated in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
