The Embassy of the United States in Serbia will launch the solicitation on the www.Beta.SAM.gov site and the Embassy website when it is available. The solicitation will be for grounds keeping services at the new embassy compound in Belgrade. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forth coming periods. Major duties and responsibilities are to provide year-round gardening and maintenance services comprising of maintenance and appearance of the grass, shrubbery, garden areas, trees, related landscape elements, roadways and parking facilities. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.. Proposals from companies not registered in SAM at the time of award will be considered technically unacceptable. Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance will be required for this contract.
