The Contractor shall provide services to repair and repaint alleys, sidewalks and parking areas surfaces within the Embassy compound and the Dr. Liviu Librescu sidewalk along the Embassy fence, as identified in this Statement of Work (SOW). The surfaces required to be repaired and repainted are not new construction. The surfaces are asphaltic layer finish (road or pedestrian traffic) and the services being requisitioned are for surfaces (unevenness, cracks, and crevices), manholes and drains, gutters and curbs local reparations works, and re-painting works for restoration of longitudinal and transverse markings. The Contractor shall furnish services under task orders issued by the Contracting Officer.
