September 28, 2021 Dear Prospective Quoter, SUBJECT: Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number: 19PP50-21-Q-0007 for Shuttle Services The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for shuttle services for local staff. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference, and all prospective quoters who have received a solicitation package will be invited to attend. See Section 3 (page 38/9) of the attached RFQ. Submit your quotation in a sealed envelope marked "Proposal Enclosed" to Mr. Larry V Dumlao, Contracting Officer, and submit it to the following address: General Services Office (GSO) Attn: Contracting officer (CO) RFQ Number 19PP5021-Q-0007 Douglas Street, NCD 121 P. O. Box 1492, Port Moresby Papua New Guinea on or before 4.00pm on October 25, 2021. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Note: ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS/RESPONSES: This opportunity allows for electronic responses. No electronic proposals will be accepted after this time. For a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: SF-1449 (blocks 17, 24 and 30). Block 24 should list the total value of the quote for the base year and the option year.
