The U.S. government requests quotes for preventive maintenance services for an NEC-HVAC system. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror with the lowest-priced acceptable quotation, and the government may make the award without discussions. Submissions must be in English, electronic, and in MS Word, Excel, or PDF format with each file not exceeding 30MB. Offerors must be registered in SAM and provide all required documentation, including the SF-1449, schedule, and representations and certifications. Incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
