This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Amendment 0002 is issued to update quantities in line items No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No.4 and No. 5. Items never used and not altered in any way. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment in accordance with the RFQ, either by signing and returning a copy of this amendment, or by identifying the amendment number and date on the quotation submitted.
