The U.S. Embassy in Panama has a requirement for the purchase of (1) SUV Vehicle 4x4. Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 2025 or Similar Motor 2.8L Diesel Turbo Intercooler or better Automatic Transmission 8-speeds Third-row foldable seats Seven (7) passengers, capacity Three-zone automatic air conditioning Full-time four-wheel drive One Touch power windows Five (5) doors Smart-Entry and push-button start with immobilizer Eight (8) Airbags (front, side, curtain and knee) Front and rear parking sensors Backup camera Electric power steering ABS brakes, VSC, DAC, CRAWL systems 8” audio multimedia screen with Apple and Android CarPlay compatibility and 6 speakers Serviceability in Panama by authorized Dealership Vendor shall be an Authorized representative of the brand they are selling and that will provide the manufacture’s in-country warranty and warranty service. Minimum Warranty of 3 years or 100,000 kilometers whichever occurs first. Deliver F.O.B. destination to U.S. Embassy Panama, located in Demetrio B. Lakas, Clayton, no later than fifteen (15) calendar days after contract award. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Provide DESCRIPTIVE LITERATURE as part of the offer. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial items, applies to this acquisition. The following FAR clauses in paragraph (b) of FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, will apply to the resultant contract: (5) 52.204-10, (9) 52.204-27, (12) 52.209-6, (32) 52.222-19, (39) 52.222-50, (51) 52.225-13, (55) 52.226-8, (57) 52.232-29, (59) 52.232-30. Failure to be registered at time of offer/quotation submission may deem the offeror’s offer/quotation to be considered non?responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. Prospective offerors shall submit evidence of their SAM registration with the submittal of offer/proposal. Offers are due by 3:00 PM, Friday September 06, 2024.
