The U.S. Embassy in Panama has a requirement to procure Construction and Electrical Materials to be delivered in – Donoso, Colon, Republic of Panama. Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 19PM0724Q0036 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. Comodities to be acquired: Construction and Electrical materials to be delivered in Donoso, Colon. The Government will first consider complete offers (all line items mentioned in solicitation) and will award the lowest priced, technically acceptable complete offer. If no complete offers are received, then the Government will consider partial offers and will award the lowest priced technically acceptable offer, per line item. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. Offers are due by email to INLPROCPANAMA@STATE.GOV by 3:00PM, April 29, 2024 (Local Time). All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered.
