The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), as a part of the Department of State (DoS) by means of the United States Embassy in Panama, is empowered to provide technical assistance to the Government of Panama according to the Technical Assistance Act subscribed in 1961. INL Panama is then duly authorized to work in collaboration with the Government of Panama to develop and implement strategies against drugs and crime and border controls. INL Panama works jointly with other agencies of the United States of America to cooperate and ensure that the training and tools required for the fight against drug trafficking and organized crime are provided. In the context of its Programs, INL Panama requires the procurement of a Network System. Please note that this is a pre-solicitation notice.
