The successful bidder (Contractor) will train participants on Asset Forfeiture, as well as on property investigation techniques, provisional measures, the process of the Asset Forfeiture with respect to the jurisdiction and property management regime. The Contractor will train participants on the best practices to be applied in the different phases when implementing an Asset Forfeiture program.
