This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 19PL9026Q0009 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-55. Vehicle specifications: -hybrid or gasoline, min 1.6 li capacity, min 200 hp, automatic transmission. -vehicle length min 4600mm, axis distance min 2800 mm - driver + 6 passengers, leather or eco leather upholstery, heated front seats -android/apple car, auto AC. 2 zone, -LED lights – front and rear, -Active cruise control, blind spot sensor, park assist front/rear -body color black, dark gray, gray -alloy wheels, min 19 inch, -tinted rear windows, -vehicle model must be offered in the Polish market with authorized service available in Warsaw voivodship area. Vehicle must have a Polish warranty, minimum 1 year. -delivery maximum 30 days from the award date. -prospective seller must be a business entity registered in Poland, eligible to issue a Polish VAT invoice.
