Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for construction project consisting of rehabilitation work at the U.S. Embassy Compound Annex building. The project consists of renovation of the granite patio terrace, front porch, and stairs to the lower and upper parking lots. This general construction project requires a qualified engineer and/or technicians to perform a replacement/installation according to both EU and US standard industry practices. The estimated value of this project falls into the range between $100,000 to $250,000. The work is planned to start in May 2025. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotations are due by September 18th, 2024, noon time EST. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The email with the offer should state “Solicitation No. 19PL9024Q0021 Patio Annex Rehab Project” in the subject line and it shall contain two separate Volumes: Volume I - Pricing: 1. SF-18 2. Section A, Pricing and Attachment#4 Breakdown of Price by Divisions 3. Proof of SAM Registration (or proof of registration in progress, if not completed on the submission date) 4. Section L Representations and Certifications Volume II Technical Proposal 5. Offerors Qualifications, resources and business registration documents 6. Past Experience and examples of similar projects completed within last five years 7. Proposed Work Schedule 8. Additional information, as required in Section J.
