The estimated number of properties to be serviced per year is about 40 units. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services as required in the contract. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the U.S. Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation once the solicitation is released, and their offers will be considered. The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract (s) to the responsible company/companies submitting acceptable offers resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror (s) who is (are) a responsible contractor (s). The Government may award the contract (s) based on the initial offer (s) without discussion. The resultant contract (s) will be a firm fixed price type contract (s). The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be provided in the solicitation package. Please note, that in order to be eligible for a US Government award, SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register at www.sam.gov prior to the submittal of quotations.
