The U.S. Embassy in Pakistan will issue a solicitation for preventive maintenance services (PMS) for chillers and air handling units. The anticipated performance period is for a base year plus four one-year option periods. The contract will be firm-fixed-price, and the Government may award based on the initial offer without discussion. Offers must be submitted electronically, with individual email submissions not exceeding 30MB. The opportunity is subject to specific tax provisions for foreign procurements.
