The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with four one-year options to renew at the discretion of the Government.

The U.S. Embassy in Pakistan will solicit proposals for Cellular Phone Services for the U.S. Mission in Pakistan. The anticipated performance period is for a base year plus four one-year option periods. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type, and the Government may award based on the initial offer without discussion. Offers must be submitted electronically, with emails not exceeding 30MB.
