The procurement will be evaluated using the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology. The award will go to the responsible vendor whose quotation meets all technical and performance requirements, complies with the delivery schedule, and offers the lowest acceptable price. The services are to be performed in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Embassy reserves the right to cancel the RFQ at any time and its issuance does not constitute a commitment to award.
