U.S. Embassy Islamabad requires the services of a contractor to monitor Pakistani television news broadcasts, newspapers, specified YouTube Channels, and social media on a daily basis (365 days a year) for information relating to, or of interest to, the U.S. Government on all of the channels/newspapers and in social media. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be Firm Fixed Price. The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference-virtual (if requested by the offerors) on May 16, 2025 This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021) Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
