The Embassy of the United States of America invites proposals for locally employed staff health insurance coverage contract for U.S. Embassy, Islamabad and Consulates (Lahore, Karachi and Peshawar). Contract will be for base plus four option years starting from January 01, 2025. We encourage prospective offerors to submit off-the-shelf plans that meet at least the minimum benefit levels required in this solicitation. The U.S. Government plans to award a contract to the responsible company offering an acceptable proposal at the lowest price. Contracts or purchase orders will be awarded based on initial proposals without holding discussions, though discussions may be held with companies in the competitive range if necessary.

The solicitation will be for Health Insurance Coverage for LES at U.S. Mission Pakistan offices located at Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, and Peshawar. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type requirements contract under which firm-fixed-priced task orders will be issued for services. The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
