The U.S. Embassy Islamabad requires services for Public Sentiment Analysis and Survey, in a professional manner in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall provide the services shown below in two phases. In first phase “Develop a research scope that embraces both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and uses multiple languages spoken in Pakistan”. In second phase the vendor will provide “the U.S. Mission’s Public Diplomacy Section with simplified data findings of the research, which can be broken down and analyzed based on audience segmentation, demographics, geography, etc.” and then develop potential messaging and branding strategies based on these findings
