The U.S. Embassy Islamabad, Pakistan requires preventive maintenance services for York Roof Top Units & Condensing Unit in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW).This is a firm fixed price contract payable entirely in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) however, U.S. firms may submit their proposals in US Dollars and they will be paid in USD. The contract price will not be adjusted due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates. The contract will be for a period of one-year, with a maximum of four one-year optional period of performance.
