The Contractor shall provide complete mobile telephones services for U.S. Embassy in Islamabad and consulates in Karachi, Lahore and Peshawar. The anticipated performance period is for a base year with four optional one-year periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price type contract. No electronic offers or proposals will be accepted.
