The U.S. Embassy in Islamabad requires services to maintain building elevators in safe, reliable and efficient operating condition. The contract type is a firm fixed price contract for routine maintenance services . The contract will be for a base year, with four one-year optional periods of performance in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW). All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror who is a manufacturer’s authorized service provider. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price type contract. No electronic offers or proposals will be accepted.
