The U.S. Embassy in Lima, Peru, requires a vetted contractor to perform a comprehensive floor and interior wall partition overhaul in three Consular Access Centers/Entry Control Points (CAC-1, CAC-2, and CAC-3). These are non-classified but highly sensitive, high-traffic primary access control points with 15-year-old porcelain tile flooring that is cracked, dented, and structurally compromised. The contractor must provide all labor, tools, heavy equipment, transit logistics, and materials to demolish existing tile, grind and level the concrete subfloor, and source and professionally install high-traffic finished products. All supplied materials must meet or exceed specified nonproprietary engineering, acoustic, slip-resistance, and architectural requirements.
