The U.S. Embassy Lima requires a qualified contractor to renovate deteriorated exterior architectural finishes. The work will be performed at the main pedestrian entrance along Av. La Encalada, the Chancery entrance, and adjacent pedestrian pathways within the Embassy compound. The project aims to improve the institutional appearance and enhance pedestrian safety.
