The U.S. EMBASSY - LIMA requires to hire the service of an experienced and specialized HVAC Contractor, to perform the supply and installation of a new Air Conditioning (AC) Unit in an Equipment Room located at Chancery’s Building. The unit will be connected to the Secondary Water Condenser System at the Embassy. The awarded Contractor will be responsible for preparing, before the beginning of the installation, all engineering drawings for review and approval by the Embassy’s Facility Management personnel. The Embassy will only provide the architectural CAD drawings for this purpose. The design and installation shall meet all international codes and standards, such as International Mechanical Code, ASHRAE 90.1, NFPA and SMACNA standards. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered.
