The objective of this project is to remove and replace approximately 560 square meters of the existing roof system (calamine); also, the floor inside the Warehouse will be prepared and painted. The contractor must perform both services at the INL Warehouse on Elmer Faucett Avenue, block 40, inside the FAP Base (Alar Base #2), Callao-Lima. The price will include labor, insurance for operators, safety equipment, scaffolding, materials that replace the existing, installation materials, transportation, and any additional charges included in this service. The Government will pay the Contractor a fixed price for services that have been satisfactorily performed.The U.S. Embassy will conduct a site visit on June, 2023 at 10:00 am The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.
