Anticipated pe... The Embassy of the United States in Lima, Peru will issue a solicitation for gardening services. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forth coming periods. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. Major duties and responsibilities are to perform gardening, composting and exterior cleaning services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Embassy in Peru. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work as required in this contract. The gardening area is approx. 34,045 Sq Mt. Contractor employees shall be on site only for contractual duties and not for other business purposes. SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in March 2022. This solicitation will be advertised in SAM.gov and Embassy Lima website - no paper copies will be mailed.
