The U.S. Embassy in Lima, Peru requires the professional services of a specialized company to perform the preventive maintenance services of the two (02) Chancery Water Cooled Centrifugal Chillers and two (02)Annex Air Cooled screw Chillers. (Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date) The Embassy of the United States in Lima, Peru will issue a solicitation for preventive maintenance of four (4) Chillers located in the Embassy premises. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work as required in this contract. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forthcoming periods. Anticipated performance is for one base period and three (3) one-year period at the option of the U.S. Government. The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel, as well as all transportation, equipment, tools, supplies and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, and component replacement as required to maintain the systems. Under this Contract the Contractor shall provide the services of trained and qualified technicians to inspect, adjust, and perform scheduled preventive maintenance. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation by July 21, 2020. This solicitation will be advertised in Beta SAM; no paper copies will be mailed.
