The Contractor shall provide personnel, supplies and equipment for all pest control services at US Embassy Asuncion official Residences as described in Section C, DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS/WORK STATEMENT, of this contract. The Government shall use the fixed price rates below for establishing a firm fixed-price for the task orders. Each task order shall be negotiated individually by determining, before work starts, the labor categories and number of hours required. The Government will make payment in local currency.
