The purpose of this firm fixed price contract is to for NEC Stone and High-rise glass cleaning services in accordance with DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS/WORK STATEMENT. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with 4 one-year options. The prices include all direct and indirect costs, insurance, overhead, and profit. The prices shall also include all expenses and materials required to complete the work. The Government will pay the Contractor the fixed price per services received that have been satisfactorily performed. The Contractor shall provide the services shown herein below for the base period of the contract, starting on the date stated in the Notice to Proceed and continuing for a period of 12 months.

The U.S. Embassy Asuncion has a requirement for Stone and High-Rise Glass cleaning services. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The Government is planning a site visit and the date for this site visit will be in the solicitation. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
