The Contractor shall perform janitorial work, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services, for the U.S. Embassy in Asuncion. The price shall include all labor, materials, insurance, overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor the fixed price per month for standard services and a fixed rate per square meter for any temporary additional services that have been satisfactorily performed. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
